No Ears, No Lies

Although martyrdom

seemed like a bad idea

it was the only thing

that worked

Pure love

was always

the answer

It has no eyes

no ears

no lies

and lives

in the moment

and dies

in the illusion

that it has not been seen

And the message

on the machine

is always

the same
